Bugeau Realty, LLC has applied for a special exception under section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the industrial use of Lot B–100, 343 Forest Road, for a crematorium, where the lot does not meet the area requirements for the Industrial District, as specified in section 8.2.1 of the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, July 14, 2015 — Decision
The application by Bugeau Realty, LLC, for a special exception under section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit the industrial use of Lot B–100, 343 Forest Road, for a crematorium, where the lot does not meet the area requirements for the Industrial District as specified in section 8.2.1 of the Ordinance. The use is to be as described in the application to the Zoning Board and as shown on a plan labeled “Minor Site Plan / Lot B–100 / Bugeau Realty, LLC / Wilton, New Hampshire / June 15, 2015”,
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, July 14, 2017. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, August 13, 2015, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
