The Wilton ZBA

This is the web site of the Wilton, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment. You can find current meeting agendas and recent minutes both here and on the ZBA page of the Wilton town web site, but this site also has detailed case information, case records back to 1997, meeting minutes back to 1980, and much more.

April 18: The minutes of the April 13 Murphy site visit have been posted.
April 16: Additional documents have been added to the case page for the Murphy case.
April 10: A site visit has been scheduled on May 4 for the Wilder case.; A site visit has been scheduled on April 13 for the Murphy case.; Additional documents have been added to the case page for the Murphy case.; Decisions from the April 9 meeting have been posted for the Withers and Spittel cases.; The Wilder case has been continued from the April 9 meeting to the May 14 meeting.; The Murphy and Brandley cases have been continued from the April 9 meeting to the April 30 meeting.

March 12: A site visit has been scheduled on April 6 for the Murphy case.; A decision from the March 12 meeting has been posted for the North Farm case.; The Murphy case has been continued from the March 12 meeting to the April 9 meeting.
March 11: Case 4/9/24–1 (Wilder) has been added to the agenda for the April 9 meeting.
March 4: The minutes of the March 2 North Farm site visit have been posted.
