Notice

George and Joan Anderson have requested a special exception under section 5.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit operation of a bed and breakfast at Lot C-76, Wilson Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, February 9, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

The request by George and Joan Anderson for a special exception under section 5.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will permit operation of a bed and breakfast at Lot C-76, Wilson Road.

This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, February 9, 1996. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)

You are hereby notified that the application of George and Joan Andersen for a Special Exception under the terms of Section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The Special Exception will permit a Bed and Breakfast as a home occupation at Lot C-076, Wilson Road.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, March 11, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
