Chairman Mitchell called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
George L. & Joan M. Andersen, Lot C–076, Wilson Road, in the Residential/ Agricultural District request a Special Exception under the terms of Section 5.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a Bed & Breakfast as a Home Occupation.
Chairman Mitchell explained to the Andersen’s that only 4 ZBA members were present and that they had the right to request a full board to hear their case if they wished to postpone the meeting. The Andersen's chose to go ahead.
The Andersen's explained that theirs is a family home and has not been changed in any way from that. They have three guestrooms and would not expect more than three cars at any one time. They have widened the parking area to allow for four cars to park. They presented a site plan and all Board members had visited the site.
Abutter Helene Orsi stated her approval of the project.
|MOTION:||Mr. Blanchard moved to approve the application as presented, seconded by Mr. Tuttle with all in favor.|
Mr. Mitchell stated that the application had been approved and the Andersen's will be receiving a notice of approval in the mail.
A motion was made and duly seconded to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
