Kathleen Fitzgerald has applied for a special exception under the terms of section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit a pet grooming business as a home occupation on Lot H-80, 834 Mason Road.
Mr. Faiman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and announced that the Town Clerk had discovered that several abutters had not been notified of this hearing, and that most likely the hearing would need to be continued until the October meeting.
One of the abutters asked Mr. Faiman to read the regulations that apply to this case. Mr. Faiman read sections 6.6.1, 5.3.1 and 4.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance.
Mr. Faiman, Ms. Fitzgerald and the clerk went into the town office to look at the tax map and the tax records to compare notes and see which abutters were omitted. They discovered that two abutters had been omitted and one had been addressed incorrectly.
| Motion | Ms. Eckstrom moved to continue the hearing to the October 11th meeting, seconded by Mr. Spear, with all in favor. |
