Chairperson Neil Faiman called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. and handed out copies of the request for a rehearing, received from attorney Daniel E. Donovan III who represents Ellen O’Shea and Joanne Dufour, abutters to William and Kelly Hoff. This request is in regards to the hearing that took place on 12/13/00.
The rehearing request listed five grounds, all but #1 were related to noise levels. With regard to #1, the board felt satisfied with its decision that a machine shop is a home occupation under New Hampshire law and did not choose to rehear the case for this reason. With regard to grounds #2 - #5 however, the board felt that perhaps its restriction on noise levels, where and how they are measured, and by whom, might have been more appropriately written. The board also felt that the restriction on deliveries and pickups could be better defined.
| Motion | Ms. Eckstrom moved to hold a new hearing to consider whether the restrictions the board imposed with regard to noise levels and deliveries and pickups should be amended. Mr. Tuttle seconded the motion and all were in favor. |

The hearing will take place Monday, January 29, 2001 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall Courtroom.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
