The meeting of the Wilton ZBA was called to order at 7:30 by chair: Neil Faiman.
The meeting is a contination of a meeting which was convened on March 8th with Neil and Diane Nillson in attendance. The meeting was continued to March 15th due to the snow storm.
There being no applications or appeals for this meeting, Mr. Faiman proposed discussion of the rules and procedures document which was circulated to the members earlier in the month. Those present agreed to proceed with this discussion. Neil restated that the document is a guideline for ZBA procedures and should be regarded as such.
Changes, edits, and deletions were suggested by the group during discussion and incorporated into the document. Neil edited the document as discussion ensued. The updated document will be distributed for approval prior to the next meeting.
Before adjourning for the evening at 8:45, the group agreed to a change of date for the April meeting. The date for the April meeting will be Tuesday April 19th at 7:30.
