The participants met at Lot B–20 on Dale Street ar 9:00 a.m.
Dawn Tuomola guided the participants to the location of the proposed wetland crossing on the property, and explained the wetland features and proposed road crossing. Board members asked questions and Ms. Tuomola answered about the topographic and hydrologic features of the area with regard to the plan and what they were seeing.
The site visit ended at 9:45 a.m.
