The site visit began at 7:00 p.m.
The Kelleys showed the proposed locations of a new driveway from Tighe Farm Road to the lower garage door that will provide access to the proposed kennel area, the privacy fencing facing the road, and the wildlife fencing facing the woods and north side of the lot, all of which had been clearly marked with white streamers.
Inside the basement, the Kelleys showed the proposed location of the kennels and the indoor exercise area, which had been marked with tape on the floor, and of the photography studio.
The site visit adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
