The site visit began at 9:00 a.m.
Mr. Basso led the participants along the route of the proposed road, starting shortly north of the end of Holt Road, to the proposed stream crossing location, located approximately 750' from the starting point. He explained that the crossing will use a 60" culvert with one to two feet of organic material in the bottom, per new NH DES guidelines, and that no stone riprap aprons would be needed outside the ends of the culvert.
