Chairman Faiman opened the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
Minute Review
A MOTION was made by Ms. Roberts and SECONDED by Mr. Carnduff to approve the minutes of December 14, 2010 with the following amendments:
Line 4: change "November" to "December"
Line 57" change "Soughegan" to "Souhegan"
Voting: 5 ayes; motion carried unanimously
Additional Business
The Board discussed raising the application fee from $75 to $100 and raising the abutter fee from $5 to $6.
Mr. Carnduff stated that he feels the increase is reasonable.
A MOTION was made by Mr. Hoar and SECONDED by Mr. Carnduff to raise the application fee to $100 and the abutter fee to $6 per abutter.
In response to a question from Mr. Fowler, Mr. Faiman explained that the increase in fees would bring the Zoning Board income about even with their expenses.
Voting: 6 ayes; motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Faiman stated that he will update the website and Ms. Roberts asked him to also update the member listing.
Adjournment
A MOTION was made by Mr. Carnduff and SECONDED by Ms. Roberts to adjourn the meeting.
Voting: 5 ayes; motion carried unanimously.
Chairman Faiman declared the meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
