You are hereby notified that the application of John G. Barnes for a variance from 4.2.1(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance pertains to the subdivision and development of a proposed lot F-12-1 from the existing lot F-12 on NH Route 101, and permits the placement of a septic system, located in highly permeable soils, 100 feet from a wetland on the proposed lot, as indicated in the application and the attached plans.

You are hereby notified that the application of John G. Barnes for a special exception under the terms of section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception pertains to the subdivision and development of a proposed lot F-12-1 from the existing lot F-12 on NH Route 101, and permits a driveway crossing through a wetland area on the proposed lot, as indicated in the application and the attached plans.
