Notice of Site Visit — May 18
Educational Community Farm (owner) and Four Corners Farm Cooperative (applicant) have requested variances to sections 5.1(c) and 5.1(d) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow two dwellings and three dwelling units on Lot F-98-1, 195 Isaac Frye Highway (Four Corners Farm), where the Ordinance would only allow one dwelling and two dwelling units.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Four Corners Farm, 195 Isaac Frye Highway to hold a site visit for this application. The site visit is a continuation of the public hearing on the case, and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson, ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application, such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be taken, and no other discussion should occur.
Notice of Public Hearing — June 14
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium, 18 Tremont Street to hold hearings on the following cases, and any other cases that may be submitted by the Tuesday, May 31, 2022 application deadline. Masks are required at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
The applications for these cases, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.
- Isaac Frye Holdings, LLC, has appealed a decision of the Wilton Planning Board that, notwithstanding the variance granted on November 9, 2021 in Wilton ZBA Case #5/11/21-1, the excavation on Lot F-3-2, Isaac Frye Highway, which is permitted by that variance is or would be contrary to sections 6.1, 9B.6.1, and 9B.6.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance. Application Deadline
The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, May 31. See How to Apply for details.
