Notice of Site Visit — October 5
Isaac Frye Holdings, LLC has requested variances to sections 9B.6.1, 9B.6.2, and 9B.6.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a proposed gravel excavation on Lot F-3-2, Isaac Frye Highway, where the excavation would be closer to lot lines than allowed by the Ordinance, would be reclaimed with steeper slopes than allowed by the Ordinance, and the access for the removal of the excavated material would be to Isaac Frye Highway rather than to Greenville Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Lot F-3-2 to hold a site visit for this application. The site visit is a continuation of the public hearing on the case, and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson, ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application, such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be taken, and no other discussion should occur.

Notice of Public Hearing — October 8
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to hold a hearing on the following case, and any other cases that may be submitted by the Tuesday, September 24, 2024 application deadline. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
The application for this case, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.
