Notice of Public Hearing — April 8

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to hold hearings on the following cases. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.

The applications for these cases, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.

• John Christopher McInerney has requested a special exception under section 11.4(b) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of retaining wall which would disturb a small wetland area on Lot C-94, Marden Road and Wilton Center Road. (Case #3/11/2025-3, continued from Tuesday, March 11, 2025)
• The Dawn Ryan Revocable Trust of 2021 has requested a special exception under section 11.4(b) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and/or a special exception under section 11.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the creation of a nature trail, including a boardwalk over Mill Brook, on Lot A-47-1, 74 Stagecoach Road.
