Special Notice About Electronic Meetings
Due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, this Board is authorized to meet electronically.
Until further notice, Zoning Board meetings will be conducted using the Zoom platform, which allows internet video teleconferencing with dial-in audio access. Access information for each meeting will be included in the meeting notice. Please see the electronic meetings page for detailed information on accessing and participating in electronic ZBA meetings.
Notice of Public Hearing — June 9
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, Jume 9, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. to hold a public hearings on the following applications. The applications for these cases, and any other documents submitted with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Before the hearing, the Board will determine, as required by RSA 36:55–58, whether a case might have a regional impact. The determination will be made on the basis of the application; no testimony or other input will be taken. If the Board determines that a case could potentially have a regional impact, then the hearing on that case will be postponed until a subsequent ZBA meeting to allow notification of the potentially affected towns.
Buchanan Construction Company, Inc. has applied for a variance to Section 5.2.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the subdivision of Lot K-105-3-1, Pine Valley Street, into two lots, one of which would have less frontage than required by the Ordinance.
The Krol Family Revocable Trust of 2018 has appealed a Notice of Violation from the Wilton Building Inspector that the property at Lot H–80, 834 Mason Road:
- has more than one driveway, in violation of Section G, “Driveway Regulations,” of the Town of Wilton Land Use Laws and Regulations;
- is being used in such a way as to violate the performance standards set forth in sections 4.6.2 (“Noise”), 4.6.4 (“Smoke”), and 4.6.5 (“Discharges”) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance; and
- is the site of an unapproved home occupation per section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance.
The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2020. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, June 30. See How to Apply for details.
