Notice of Site Visit — June 8
Nathan Witham (owner) and Chris Brown (applicant) have requested a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a wetland crossing for a driveway on Lot A-58-2, Davisville Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at Lot A-50-2 on Davisville Road to hold a site visit for this application. The site visit is a continuation of the public hearing on the case, and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson, ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application, such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be taken, and no other discussion should occur.
Notice of Public Hearing — June 10
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to hold hearings on the following cases. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
The applications for these cases, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.
- Nathan Witham (owner) and Chris Brown (applicant) have requested a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a wetland crossing for a driveway on Lot A-58-2, Davisville Road. (Case #5/13/2025-2, continued from Tuesday, May 13, 2025)
- William Gagan has requested a variance to section 4.8 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and/or a special exception under section 17.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a 6'x10' deck attached to the existing house on Lot J-118, 27 Island Street, where the deck would be less than the required distance from the Souhegan River and from one or more lot lines. - The J&L Revocable Trust of 2013 (owner) and Andrew Luongo (applicant) have requested variances to sections 8.1 and 8.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and/or a variance to section 8.2.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the single-family residential use of Lots D-101 and D-102, 325 Gibbons Highway, in the Industrial District, and a lot line adjustment between the two lots which would result in a lot with less than the required frontage. Application Deadline
The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, June 24. See How to Apply for details.
