Notice of Public Hearing — December 10
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom to hold a public hearing on the following application. The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Al Lindquist has applied for a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a driveway which would cross a wetland area, as part of a proposed lot line adjustment between Lots B–26–3 and B–26–1, 38 Lyndeborough Center Road.

The Zoning Board will also consider a request by Board member Joanna Eckstrom that it hold a new hearing to reconsider its decision to deny the variance requested by Quinn Brothers, LLC in ZBA Case #7/9/19–1. The reasons for the request are set forth in a letter which is in the case file and on the case page.
Note that a meeting to decide whether to grant a rehearing is not a public hearing. The decision is made on the basis of the request, and without additional input.
The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, December 31. See How to Apply for details.
