March 17 Hearing Canceled
The Town has canceled all meetings in the Town Hall until further notice. Therefore, the March 17 Zoning Board meeting has been canceled. All cases scheduled to be heard at it will be continued to the regularly scheduled ZBA meeting on Tuesday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m.
Notice of Public Hearing — April 14
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom to hold public hearings on the following applications, and any other applications that may be received by the March 31 deadline. The applications for these cases, and any other documents submitted with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Kathryn Rockwood has applied for a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the hosting of small events (up to 30 people) as a home occupation on Lot J–29, 34 Park Street.

Roger G. Chappell (owner) and Glendale Homes, Inc. (applicant) have applied for a variance to section 6.4.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow a cluster development on Lot D–99, 304 Gibbons Highway, which has only 326 feet of frontage on a Class V highway, where the Ordinance requires 500 feet of frontage.
