Notice of Public Hearing — November 9
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium (please enter by the side door) to hold a hearing on the following case, and any other cases that may be submitted by the Tuesday, October 26, 2021 application deadline. Masks are required at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
The application for this case, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.
- Isaac Frye Holdings, LLC (owner) and Kenneth Lehtonen (applicant) have requested variances to sections 4.1 and 12.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow gravel excavation incidental to the construction of a single family dwelling as described in RSA 155-E:2-a on Lot F-3-2, Isaac Frye Highway, which is outside the Gravel Excavation District. The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, October 26. See How to Apply for details.
