Notice of Public Hearing — July 8
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to hold a hearing on the following case. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
The application for this case, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.
- The J&L Revocable Trust of 2013 (owner) and Andrew Luongo (applicant) have requested variances to sections 8.1 and 8.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and/or a variance to section 8.2.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the single-family residential use of Lots D-101 and D-102, 325 Gibbons Highway, in the Industrial District, and a lot line adjustment between the two lots which would result in a lot with less than the required frontage. Application Deadline
The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, July 29. See How to Apply for details.
