You are hereby notified that the application of Clifford L. Robbins (applicant) and Forrest A. Hussey (owner) for a special exception under the terms of section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit a refreshment stand on Lot B-101, Forest Road, which has less than the two-acre area normally required in the Industrial District. The use is to be in accordance with the plan which was presented to the ZBA.
