You are hereby notified that the application of Jayne Persch and John Coleman for a special exception under the terms of section 5.3.1 of the WIlton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the teaching of dance and movement therapy as a home occupation in the carriage house which is attached to the the house at Lot J-133, 55 Burns Hill Road ("the Fountain House").
The special exception is granted subject to the restrictions that groups of no more than 12 students will be taught at one time; that hours of operation will be between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm; that there will be no signs for the business on the property; and that no on-street parking is permitted.
