Case 1/14/98–2
You are hereby notified that the application of the Charles O. McGettigan Jr. Revocable Trust Dated August 24, 1994, for a special exception under section 11.4(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception certifies that an area on Lot M-12, Abbot Hill Road is incorrectly designated as being a poorly drained or very poorly drained soil on the Town of Wilton Wetland Conservation District Map, and that the restrictions of section 11 should therefore not apply.
The corrected wetland delineation is shown on the site plan submitted to the Zoning Board at its hearing. The decision is subject to the following restrictions:
- that any buildings on the site be set back at least fifteen (15) feet from the newly delineated poorly drained soil boundary
- a dredge and fill permit must be applied for before any expansion of the existing driveway on the site may take place
