You are hereby notified that the application of Donna and Paul Poisson for a variance to Section 7.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit a curb cut to access NH Route 101 near the western end of Lot F-26, 340 Gibbons Highway, in conjunction with the development of a gas station and convenience store on that lot, as shown on the plan submitted at the June 10, 1998 meeting of the ZBA. The variance is granted subject to the restriction that the existing shared access from Lots F-26 and F-26-1 must be preserved as a second access for the proposed uses on Lot F-26.
