You are hereby notified that the application of Gary and Gail Frye for a variance to the terms of Section 6.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit a lot line adjustment between Lots H-23 and H-21-2, 26 Oak Drive, neither of which has any frontage on a Class V road. The variance is granted subject to the restriction that the new lot line run approximately east-west, and that the two lots that are created be at least five acres each.
