You are hereby notified that the application of Chalet Susse International, Inc. for a variance to sections 6.1 and 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the subdivision of Lot C-128, Gibbons Highway (NH Route 101), the resulting new lot line to pass between an existing barn and an existing maintenance building on the lot, and approximately 26 feet from each.
With regard to the application for a variance to section 6.1 of the Zoning Ordinance, to permit continued use of the maintenance building for the storage of maintenance equipment used on the Chalet Susse property in the Office Park District, the Zoning Board found that such a variance is not needed, because the use is essentially similar to the agricultural uses permitted in the General Residence and Agricultural District.
