You are hereby notified that the application of Theresa Allen for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a shed on Lot J-118, 27 Island Street, which will be closer to a lot line than would otherwise be permitted by the Ordinance.
The shed is to be constructed in the location indicated on the plan which was part of the application. The area between the shed and the house is to be kept clear, to permit emergency vehicle access to the house on Ms. Allen's lot and on the adjacent lot.
