The special exception reclassifies soils on lot B-110, 19 Stoney Brook Drive, which have been incorrectly designated as being "poorly drained" or "very poorly drained" on the Town of Wilton Wetland Conservation District Map. The reclassified soils are delineated on the map filed with the application and case records in the Town Office
