You are hereby notified that the application of Steven J. and Mary E. McDonough for special exceptions under the terms of sections 11.4(a) and 11.4(d) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exceptions will permit construction of a road across a wetland area, and reclassify as wetland an area that is not now classified as wetland, on Lot H-134, 9 Brown Road, as shown on the plan titled Land of Steven J. and Mary E. (Clark) McDonough, Map H, Lots 133 and 134, Wilton, NH, showing proposed Wetland Conservation District crossings, dated August 11, 1999, which is on file with the case records in the Zoning Board files. The wetland crossings are to be at or near the locations indicated on the plan, and are not to exceed an area of 750 square feet for crossing #1, 1150 square feet for crossing #2, and 300 square feet for crossing #3.
This variance shall expire onAugust 11, 2001, if application for the subdivision has not been filed with the Planning Board before that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
