Case 10/13/99–1

You are hereby notified that the application of Robert A. and Barbara E. Bragdon for a variance to Section 3.1.10 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit access from Intervale Road to a residential use on Lot F-31-2, NH Route 101, over an easement on Lot F-31-1, Intervale Road, as indicated on the plan submitted to the ZBA, titled "Lot Line Adjustment; Plan of Land; Lots F-31-1 & F-31-2; Robert A. Bragdon and Barbara E. Bragdon; Wilton, New Hampshire; September 24, 1999".

Access for any non-residential use on Lot F-31-2 over the proposed easement is not permitted without a future variance.

Proposed driveway construction and grading is not to adversely affect drainage to or from adjoining properties.

The placement of the easement and the easement language must be approved by the Planning Board as part of their review of the proposed lot line adjustment.

This variance shall expire on October 13, 2001, if the construction permitted by it has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
