Case 12/8/99–1
You are hereby notified that the application of Russell Kincaid for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been denied.
If granted, the special exception would have permitted the placement of a septic system 75 feet from a wetland area, rather than the 150 feet required by the ordinance, on Lot A-18, Burton Highway, in the Watershed district.
The special exception was denied on the grounds that the plan, in its present form, could potentially pollute the wetlands in the watershed district.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Tuesday, December 28, 1999, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
