You are hereby notified that the application of Ron Fournier for a special exception under Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a garage on Lot K-82, 180 Main Street, closer to the lot lines than otherwise permitted by the ordinance.
The garage is to be no more than 26 feet in the east-west dimension, no more than 24 feet in the north-south dimension, and no more than 22 feet in height. It is to be at least six feet from the north lot line, and at least four feet from the east lot line.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Tuesday, August 29, 2000, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. This special exception shall expire on August 9, 2002, if construction of the garage has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
