You are hereby notified that the application of Alexander and Cynthea Frongillo for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3, of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a garage on Lot A-48-2, 77 Stagecoach Road, closer to Stagecoach Road than otherwise permitted by the ordinance. The garage is to be at least six feet from the stone wall along Stagecoach Road.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Tuesday, August 29, 2000, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. This special exception shall expire on August 9, 2002, if construction of the garage has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
