You are hereby notified that the application of The Fountain House LLC (applicant) and W. Anthony Mason (owner) for a special exception under the terms of sections 5.3.2 and 6.1(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the operation of a Bed and Breakfast at Lot J–133, 55 Burns Hill Road (“The Fountain House”).
This special exception shall expire on January 12, 2002, if the use permitted by it has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
