You are hereby notified that the application of Monadnock Mountain Spring Water, Inc. for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit construction of an addition to the existing building on Lot F-142, 8 Mansur Road, which will be no less than 52 feet from Mansur Road, as shown on the site plan attached to the application. It is granted subject to the restriction that the Planning Board is authorized to impose any restrictions relating to appearance, landscaping, and buffering that it may find necessary to mitigate the effects of the reduced setbacks.
This special exception shall expire on July 17, 2003, if construction of the addition has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
