You are hereby notified that the application of Harold P. Melcher, Jr. for a variance to section 6.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the subdivision of Lot H-95, 732 Abbot Hill Road, into two lots, each to have a frontage of no less than 50 feet on Abbot Hill Road, an area of no less than five acres, a dry area of no less than two acres, and setbacks of no less than fifty feet from all lot lines, and the two lots to be accessed by a common driveway.
This variance shall expire on August 8, 2003 if application for approval of the subdivision has not been submitted to the Wilton Planning Board by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
