You are hereby notified that the hearing on the application of David E. Blackmer for a variance to section 6.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Zoning Board meeting on Tuesday, October 9, 2001.

If granted, the variance would permit the subdivision of Lot C-7, 242 Old County Farm Road, into two lots, one or both of which would not have 200 feet of frontage on a public right of way, Class V or better.

The Zoning Board has requested that that Mr. Blackmer provide documentation as to when the various buildings were erected on his property.

You are hereby notified that, at the request of the applicant, the hearing on the application of David E. Blackmer for a variance to section 6.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Zoning Board meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2001.

Minutes of the second hearing.

You are hereby notified that the application of David E. Blackmer for a variance to section 6.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit the subdivision of Lot C-7, 242 Old County Farm Road, into two lots, one or both of which would not have 200 feet of frontage on a public right of way, Class V or better.

This variance shall expire on November 13, 2003, if application to the Planning Board for the proposed subdivision has not been submitted by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
