Case 11/13/01–2
You are hereby notified that the application of Ken and Mary Ann Sullivan for a variance to sections 8.1(d) and 8.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit a home-based business in a grandfathered single-family residence on Lot F-165, 9 Greenville Road, at the intersection of NH Route 101 and NH Route 31 South.
The business will use less than 10% of the 3205 square feet living area for a retail shop selling arts and crafts items locally produced by the owner’s family, and will operate only during normal business hours. There is to be no exterior storage of materials relating to the business, and no parking along the side of the road. If the driveway of the residence proves inadequate for parking for the business, the owner will be responsible for providing additional off-street parking on the property.
This variance shall expire on November 13, 2003 if operation of the proposed business has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
