Case 3/12/02–2
You are hereby notified that the application of Daniel Luter for a variance to section 6.2(d) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been denied.
The ordinance, if granted, would have permitted conversion of the existing single-family residence on Lot K–2, 6 Livermore Street, for use as a two family residence.
The Zoning Board found that the requested variance was essentially the same as a requested variance which it had denied on February 10, 1999, on the grounds that no hardship had been demonstrated and that the requested variance was inconsistent with the spirit of the Zoning Ordinance (Case #2/10/99–1). The Board was therefore unable to consider the merits of the new application. (Fisher v. Dover, 120 N.H. 187)
