You are hereby notified that the application of J. Brent and Laura Manning for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance,to permit an addition to their house on Lot E–12, 21 Russell Hill Road, which will be closer to a lot line than would otherwise be permitted, has been continued to the Zoning Board meeting on Tuesday, June 11, so that the applicant can obtain documentation concerning the history of their lot and the placement of their house.
You are hereby informed that the Zoning Board has deemed the application of J. Brent and Laura Manning for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to have been abandoned, due to the absence of any further communication from the applicant for the last two months.
The application, if granted, would have permitted an addition to the Manning’s house on Lot E–12, 21 Russell Hill Road, which would have been closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
Because no decision was made on the application, it can be resubmitted at any time in the future.
