You are hereby informed that the application of David M. Labnon and Patricia Walker for a special exception under the terms of section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a driveway which will cross a wetland area to access a proposed subdivision of Lot C–17, Marden Road, as shown on the plan presented to the Zoning Board and dated January 14, 2003. It is granted subject to the condition that a detention basin is to be constructed on the south side of the driveway, as shown on the plan, and that a guardrail be be constructed on both sides of the driveway for a distance of approximately 150 feet from its intersection with Marden Road.
This decision shall expire on Friday, January 14, 2005 if construction of the wetland crossing has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
