You are hereby informed that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has upheld the administrative decision of the Wilton Planning Board that the subdivision of Lot F–048, 84 Intervale Road, proposed by Mark A. Campbell and Nathaniel W. Carmen, is not permissible because the existing dwelling on the lot is closer to Intervale Road than is permitted by the setback requirements of section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance.
You are further informed that the application of Mark A. Campbell and Nathaniel W. Carmen for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved.
The variance will permit the subdivision of Lot F–048, 84 Intervale Road, into three lots, one lot containing an existing dwelling that is closer to Intervale Road than would normally be permitted.
This decision shall expire on Friday, July 8, 2005 if the subdivision has not been approved by the Planning Board by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
