You are hereby informed that the hearing of Mark A. Campbell and Nathaniel W. Carmen request for Special Exception has been continued to Tuesday, August 12, 2003. Applicants have applied for a Special Exception to the terms of section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit a driveway to cross a wetland area, said driveway in conjunction with a proposed subdivision of Lot F–048, 84 Intervale Road.
You are hereby informed that the application of Mark A. Campbell and Nathaniel W. Carmen request for a special exception under the terms of section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a driveway which will cross a wetland area on Lot F–48, 84 Intervale Road. It is granted subject to the conditions that language about the requirements of the Shoreline Protection Act be added to the deed for each lot resulting from the subdivision of Lot F–48, and that, for safety reasons, reflectors be placed on both sides of the driveway over the wetland crossing.
This decision shall expire on Friday, August 12, 2005 if construction of the wetland crossing has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
