Case 11/11/03–1

You are hereby informed that the Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment has approved Edna Whitney’s appeal of a decision of the Wilton Building Inspector. The Zoning Board ruled that the replacement of the existing 10'x50' mobile home, porch, and shed on Lot F–38, 7 Riverbend Way, with a 14'x76' mobile home in the same location is a permissible expansion of the existing nonconforming use.

Because it found the proposed mobile home replacement to be permissible, the Zoning Board did not consider Ms. Whitney’s application for a variance.

This decision shall expire on Friday, November 11, 2005 if the new mobile home has not been installed by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
