You are hereby informed that the application of Senator Development, LLC, for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved.
The special exception will permit the construction of a driveway that will cross a wetland area in order to access a proposed house lot, in conjunction with a proposed subdivision of Lot F–95, Isaac Frye Highway, as shown on the plans which were submitted to the Zoning Board and which are a part of the Zoning Board file.
This decision shall expire on Friday, February 10, 2006 if construction of the proposed driveway has not taken place by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
