You are hereby informed that the application of Chalet Susse International, Inc. for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit two driveway-wetland crossings and the construction of a fire pond that will impact a wetland area in connection with a proposed subdivision of Lots C–128–1–1 and C–128–1–2, Keyes Hill Road, as shown on two maps labeled “Wetland Crossing Plan — Impact I” and “Wetland Crossing Plan — Impact II”, revised May 5, 2004, and a letter from Dawn Tuomala of Monadnock Survey to Lee Carboneau of Normandeau Associates, dated May 5, 2004, all of which were submitted to the Zoning Board and are included in the Zoning Board file for this application.
This decision shall expire on Thursday, May 11, 2006 if the construction permitted by this special exception has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
