You are hereby informed that Randi Stein’s application for a special exception under the terms of sections 6.6.1 and 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit her to use the barn on Lot E–42, 193 Town Farm Road, for classes in dance, yoga, and similar movement activities, and other related events and activities.

The special exception is granted subject to the following restrictions:

This decision shall expire on Thursday, May 11, 2006 if operation of the proposed business has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).

You are hereby informed that the Wilton Zoning Board’s May 11, 2004 approval of Randi Stein’s application for a special exception under the terms of sections 6.6.1 and 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been rescinded and superseded by the following decision:

Randi Stein’s application for a special exception under the terms of sections 6.6.1 and 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved.
