You are hereby informed that the application of Daniel J. and Tracy A. Berube for a variance to section 5.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been denied.
If granted, the variance would have permitted the subdivision of Lot M–23, 120 Abbot Hill Acres Road, into two lots, one of which would have had less area than is required in the Residential District.
The variance was denied because the Zoning Board found that any hardship was self-created, and therefore did not justify the granting of a variance.
