You are hereby informed that the application of Shane Despres for a variance to the terms of section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted in part.
The variance will permit the construction of an addition to the existing home on Lot M–39, 22 Abbot Hill Acres Road, which may extend no more than three feet into the fifteen foot side setback, for a distance of no more than 48 feet along the side lot line.
This decision shall expire on Thursday, June 8, 2006 if construction of the addition has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
