You are hereby informed that the application of John and Jessie Garrabrant for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance was granted by the Wilton Zoning Board on October 12, 2004.
The special exception will to permit the conversion of the home on Lot F–31–1, 107 Intervale Road, for two-family use.
(Decided Tuesday, October 12, 2004)
This decision shall expire on Thursday, October 12, 2006 if the proposed two-family use of the home has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
