October 12, 2004 — Decision

You are hereby informed that the application of PEP-Direct, Inc. for a variance to the terms of Section 16.3.1.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance was granted by the Wilton Zoning Board on October 12, 2004.

The variance will permit the the erection of a second sign on Lot B–110, 19 Stoney Brook Drive, with the appearance and in the location shown on the plans and illustrations that were provided to the Zoning Board, and which are included in the case file. The sign will not be illuminated.

This decision shall expire on Thursday, October 12, 2006 if the sign has not been erected by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
