You are hereby informed that the hearing on the application by William Jordan and Linda Bravo for an equitable waiver to Section 5.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued from October 12 to November 9, 2004.

If granted, the equitable waiver will permit the conversion of the existing home on Lot J–84, 17 Pleasant Street, to two-family use, where all of the construction necessary for such conversion has already been completed.

The case was continued to allow the Zoning Board to consult with the Town Attorney about the interpretation of RSA 674:33-a, the equitable waiver statute, and to allow the applicants to prepare more specific and definitive information about the lot boundaries and the proposed location of parking on the lot.
