November 9, 2004 — Abutter Notice
Arthur W. and Margaret E. Carnduff have applied for a variance to Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a storage shed on Lot D–136, 195 Wilson Road, which would be closer to a lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance. (Case #11/9/04–2)
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 7:30 pm. As an abutter, you are invited to attend the hearing and to present any evidence that you believe may be relevant to the application. The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
November 9, 2004 — Decision
You are hereby informed that the application by Arthur W. and Margaret E. Carnduff for a variance to Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the construction of a storage shed on Lot D–136, 195 Wilson Road, which would be closer to a lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance, as shown on the plans submitted to the Zoning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, December 8, 2004, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H. RSA 677:2)
This decision shall expire on Thursday, November 9, 2006 if the storage shed has not been built by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
