Ken and Shari Smith have applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the operation of a wedding and portrait photography business as a home occupation on Lot F–42–1, 116 Intervale Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at 7:30 pm.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, December 14, 2004 — Decision
You are hereby informed that the application by Ken and Shari Smith for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will allow the operation of a wedding and portrait photography business as a home occupation on Lot F–42–1, 116 Intervale Road, as described in the application and plans submitted to the Zoning Board. It is granted subject to the restrictions that there will be no commercial use of darkroom / developing chemicals, and that client visits are to be by appointment only.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, January 12, 2005, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H. RSA 677:2)
This decision shall expire on Thursday, December 14, 2006 if operation of the proposed business has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
