Tuesday, December 14, 2004 — Notice

Pine Hill Waldorf School (owner) and the Center for Anthroposophy (applicant) have applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.6(d) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the building and operation of an administrative and teacher training facility on Lot F–99, 77 Pine Hill Drive.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at 7:30 pm.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, December 14, 2004 — Decision

You are hereby informed that the application by Pine Hill Waldorf School (owner) and the Center for Anthroposophy (applicant) for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.6(d) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will to permit the building and operation of an administrative and teacher training facility on Lot F–99, 77 Pine Hill Drive, as described in application, plans, and accompanying materials submitted to the Zoning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, January 12, 2005, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H. RSA 677:2)

This decision shall expire on Thursday, December 14, 2006 if construction of the facility by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
