Tuesday, July 12, 2005 — Notice
Bryan and Angel Berkebile have applied for a variance to Section 6.2.4, or alternatively for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3, of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a deck on the existing house on Lot B–133, 93 Burton Highway, which would be closer to a lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, July 12, 2005 — Decision
You are hereby informed that the application by Bryan and Angel Berkebile for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the construction of a deck on the existing house on Lot B–133, 93 Burton Highway, extending across the full width of the back of the house, as shown on the plan submitted with the application. The deck would be approximately five feet closer to a lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, July 12, 2007. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, August 10, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
