Tuesday, October 11, 2005 — Notice
Mr. and Mrs. James A. Fischer have applied for a variance to Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a barn on Lot H–37–1, 524 Abbot Hill Road, which would be closer to a lot line than permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, October 11, 2005 — Decision
You are hereby informed that the application by Mr. and Mrs. James A. Fischer for a variance to Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The variance will permit the construction of a barn on Lot H–37–1, 524 Abbot Hill Road, at least 27 feet from a side lot line and at least 250 feet from Abbot Hill Road, approximately as shown on the plan submitted with the application.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, November 9, 2005, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
